Why i chose to be a preschool teacher?
Growing up, I always knew that I wanted to work with children. I enjoyed playing and spending time with my younger relatives, and it made me happy to watch them develop. I made the decision to pursue a profession in teaching after finishing my studies. It turned out to be the wisest choice I’ve ever made. I began my career as a preschool teacher at a neighborhood kindergarten. I felt right at home in the classroom the instant I walked through the door. The kids were full of our enthusiasm and curiosity, and their desire to learn was motivating. I was astounded by their capacity for absorption and how rapidly they picked up new information. One of my favorite aspects of working as a preschool teacher is the ability to be creative, as well as the bond that comes with it. Children at this age are highly imaginative and eager to explore new ideas. This means that, as a teacher, I can use my imagination to devise fascinating and engaging activities that pique their curiosity and speak to their interests. Of course, being a preschool teacher presents unique obstacles. Young children can be unpredictable, making it difficult to keep them involved and focused at times; yet, the satisfaction of watching them learn and grow far transcends any challenges. Finally, I thoroughly enjoy my job as a preschool teacher. It helps me to use my imagination, create friendships with my kids, and have a positive impact in their life.

Why i chose to work in discovery?
I am drawn to the opportunity to work at discovery because of the organization’s strong reputation for providing high-quality care and education to young children. I am impressed by the center’s commitment to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow in. I am passionate about providing high-quality care and education to young children. I believe that the early years are crucial for a child’s development and I am excited about the opportunity to be a part of this journey.

Why did I choose the profession of preschool teacher?
Language development has always been central to my life; I grew up in an international community as a bilingual child, surrounded by other children, bilingual in different languages. I saw the different approaches parents took and how the individual child in turn responded.
After graduating, my interest in language took me to Russia as a teacher and as my experience with teaching children grew, I became fascinated by the difference in how adults and children learn languages.

Why do I work at Discovery?
I am determined that any child in my care is to have the very best of my experience with bilingualism, language learning as well as language teaching.

Experience: three years teaching English as a foreign language, ten years as a translator / editor.
Education: BA Russian with Politics from University College London.
Hobbies: learning languages (I speak four), European history, cooking.

Дети — это наша опора и поддержка. Они удивительные человечки. Добрые, смешные, любознательные и непосредственные.
Чтобы воспитать их, необходимо владеть многими навыками , быть находчивым и обладать большим терпением. А также иногда самим оставаться в душе ребёнком.

В Discovery я прилагаю все усилия, чтобы дети чувствовали себя как дома. Хочется быть для них одновременно учителем, другом, второй мамой.

Почему я выбрала профессию педагога и работаю с детьми?
Большую часть своего сознательного возраста я видела прекрасный пример идеального педагога с правильным подходом к воспитанию детей. Это была моя мама. И ещё в школе я поняла, что я тоже хочу работать с детьми. Хочу получить возможность стать хоть и небольшой, но все же частью их жизнь, одним из пазлов в их развитии.
Работая с детьми, я не перестаю удивляться их непредсказуемости, умению рассуждать, иметь своё собственное уникальное видение проблем и делать интересные умозаключения.

Сейчас я очень рада продолжать дарить свои знания и поддержку детям в стенах Discovery, в окружении такой дружелюбной и сплочённой команды».

Почему я выбрала профессию педагога и работаю с детьми?
С самого первого курса я начала знакомиться со своей профессией и до сих пор об этом не пожалела. Я работала и в государственных детских садах и в частном. Мне всегда поднимает настроение успехи детей. Видеть их глаза и улыбку, что все получилось, это греет душу и значит, что я на правильном пути.

Свой выбор в пользу Discovery помог сделать замечательный коллектив, увлекательная работа с детьми по методике сада и практика английского языка, который мне интересен еще со школы».
